Where AWF Process can help
Process Engineering assistance may begin with Process Definitions, Process Flow Diagrams, Process Design, Process and Instrument Diagrams, Equipment Selection, Control System Design or a combination of these elements.

Do you have a process that is not performing as expected? Let's do an audit and try to pinpoint where the process, the equipment or the process controls are not up to the job.
Whether this involves site selection, facility layouts, requests for quotation, equipment selection, installation contractor management, or commissioning and startup; AWF Process Solutions can help.
Don't forget the environmental permitting, zoning requirements, fire suppression, and other site utilities. It takes a team to put all this together. Let's build that team.
OSHA Process Safety Management, or PSM, is more than a safety program. Correctly applied, PSM is the culmination of Process Design and Engineering, Equipment Selection, Installation, Maintenance, Safety Programs, Employee Participation, and Active Engagement by all parties at a facility and usually beyond the facility.
AWF Process has experience building OSHA PSM programs from the ground up and helping facilities reach Safety Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) status in North Carolina.
A Mechanical Integrity program is vital for keeping manufacturing facilities in top operating condition. This includes Process Equipment Lifecycle Management, Preventive Maintenance (PM) Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) design, PM Procedure development, and execution of all of the above.
Let AWF Process Solutions assist with this!
